*  What is involved in an investigation ?

Our team believes in working closely with all our clients, and letting the client get to know our "family" of  investigators. Our team will come to your residence or business, and interview all parties involved. We do this as a group so all of the investigators are fully involved and aware of what is going on at the location.There will be 4 or 5 investigators present. After the interview we will proceed to do a basic mini investigation to get a feel for the activity. We will review our findings, upon completion of the investigation. We would then meet again with the client and discuss our findings, and if they would like us to come back for further investigations, and if they would also like the home cleansed. We like to let our clients know that it may take a few visits to confirm any possible activity. We also have many references available to our clients.

*What will we (the client ) do while you're in our home?

 In most cases the clients wish to be present while the team investigates. However, we recommend that young children not be present if possible. But, any arrangement can be made.

 *What other help can we offer our clients ?

 If the client chooses, we can perform a paranormal cleansing of the home . This technique is believed to help quiet paranormal activity in the home. We also have, upon request sensitives, and mediums whom we can refer.

 
*What is a Paranormal cleansing?
 
A paranormal cleansing is a technique believed to help calm paranormal activity in the home.
 (our team does not guarantee that a cleansing will calm  paranormal activity. )

* How long does a cleansing take?

 A cleansing may take up to 2 hours to complete. The cleansing is performed with the family members, and our team, throughout the home.  ( you do not have to be a member of a particular faith to have, take part in, or perform a cleansing. )
